Newbies from other bank can get all benefits with high salary hike. If you are belongs to cluster head community you will get all benefits without work

No proper knowledge at top management. Lvbians in cluster head level to top management will be washout. Than only the DBS will improve.

...but in going their expectations & work culture is too worst from MOT by which I worked So, my suggestion is that by seeing salary & company benefits please don't go to DBS

DBS follows rules, that's great. Employee benefits are good, but not the salary.

...ashroom or tea break. Work work work finally it turns to stress and unhealthy. DBS won't give salary as in market.

The company has an overall good compensation benefits and has a strong top management team. In most of the teams, company allows to work flexibly.

If working in sales oe small lending enterprise, the pressure is high because the operation in India is new.

There are shows they are best in the industry but actually that are paid promotion which corporate doing in all countries.

...ks from top to bottom. Not encouraging the worker who doing hard and smart work. Existing workers working with low salary but recruiting new persons with high cost who are Cluster head's caste and relatives. Newbies do not have even banking knowledge.
