Work Facility is good in terms of infrastructure, cafetaria etc. Salary package is also good.

Dislikes

Work culture is pathetic. Engineering employees are expected to work as if they are robots. No value to personal space. No standard processes. No limit to the expectations out of a role. We are expected to work on anything that is given to us just because we are paid salary every month. Patheric vendor management. Employees are leaving because of health issues due to long working hours on weekdays and weekends. Need to work almost every weekend irrespective of holidays.

Too much discrimination between the Singapore and Indian counterparts with no respect for indian employees. No support from management for Agile transformation with Scrum masters just working like a rubber stamp authority

Only Compensation given is good and associated facilities. However, that can also be viewed as a trap to hire at higher remuneration leaving less outside options and scope of negotiation to explore in case one wants to switch.

Dislikes

No demonstration of leave aside leadership capabilities but even management capabilities at India centre. All the actions are driven by decisions taken at Singapore Hub. No addressing of employee concerns with regards to Task deadlines or Role mismatch, even if you raise it with the HR. Keep the Singapore guys happy if you want to sustain for whatever tenure you intend to stay. Beware to join!.

Newbies from other bank can get all benefits with high salary hike. If you are belongs to cluster head community you will get all benefits without work

No proper knowledge at top management. Lvbians in cluster head level to top management will be washout. Than only the DBS will improve.

Dislikes

Line manager is everything, he decides your rating, increment, bonus. HR is just a yes man to whatever reporting manager says. Lot of good policies on paper but at ground level not much. HR is absolutely not reachable
