Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

No pros to say to about this company,company CEO dont have brain as such he kept fake manager to listen by him.Company CEO dont have trust on anyone except himself.He need only puppet managers who is fake and who always listen to him.No talented peoples will stay in company.If you are dumb guy only you will survive here.Company CEO is very old , if any thing goes wrong who will be responsible for employees future.All employees will come on road on very next day.This is completely proprietary company.

Dislikes

One man show to run this company.No trust factors at all.Better lay off current fake manager else wait and watch time to come
