If you're new to the IT industry or struggling to get a job join here, gain some experience and leave, if you're a mallu and searching for job this is you're go to place guys try it!! 😄😄 There's no training as such will be given but you're expected to know their products and work in expert level, no career growth, now don't ask about salary appraisal and hikes. They follow work life balance, they understand that you have a life outside office.

No go to person to speak, now they have got HR's and all(no idea how will that be useful), too much of inside politics.

The company has layed off a lot of people during the pandemic time. Work culture is fine though but the mangement is very poor.

Management is the worst and also no support provided to a lot of people in such tough times of corona.
