No promotion, No bonus, Increments is merely 5%. If you're good with clients then only they will consider you. Managers are useless and don't take responsibility of work. Just pushes you in any problematic work. They're only more experienced but no site knowledge.

Working culture. Standard of service. Easy work and life balance. Timely credit of salary. And addition benefit apart from salary like yearly bonus, OPD claims, festival celebration and gifts.

Dislikes

Appraisal policy must be improve. Because if you join before 31st of march then you’ll be consider for appraisal otherwise you have for wait for the next financial year.

Fantastic👍 very good company in terms of Culture, timely salary payments,l and other benefits too. company also provide the medical insurance claim which is also applicable for OPD l which is best.

Leave Policy is strict in this Company you can not clubbed CL with EL and you get only 15 EL for whole year on prorata basis

Company policies are good and appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing to dislike about the company. I can say that this is best company in India for Civil Engineer.
