Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No promotion, No bonus, Increments is merely 5%. If you're good with clients then only they will consider you. Managers are useless and don't take responsibility of work. Just pushes you in any problematic work. They're only more experienced but no site knowledge.

Appraisal policy must be improve. Because if you join before 31st of march then you’ll be consider for appraisal otherwise you have for wait for the next financial year.
