Leave policy: The company does not offer pay for leave encashment, which can be frustrating when trying to plan vacations or take time off for personal reasons. High expectations: The workload can be overwhelming at times, with tight deadlines and high expectations. Please note that these are just some points I'd like to bring attention to, and I hope they can be addressed to improve the overall work experience at DB Digital."

The working environment is amiable and the employee are really cooperative. Also, the cultural activities held monthly helps employee to destress employee from workload.

The 6-day working style. As in the media sector there is five day working which should also be implied here.

Likes

One of the amazing companies to work in India. The team I work has folks who contribute to Apache open source, have deep expertise in ML and stuff. The fact that there is no ego clashes also helps me focus on my work. Great work-life balance. No one will ping you unnecessarily. Very less meetings.
