No set date for Salary. Management doesn’t respond to your emails. They promised to pay the variable component of the salary every three months but rather did not pay any even after regress follow-ups for over 6 months.

Dislikes

Everything! Management is least bothered about the employees. They do not respond to your concerns at any platform - Email, chats, personal messages, workplace etc. The founders and executive team members are just building a fortune for self. They pay terribly low monthly salaries (5K) to freshers who they ask to join as interns.

The employees are decent and helpful

1. Their appraisal percentage is laughable and also often delayed. 2. There are not many growth opportunities. If you are doing one thing, you feel stuck in a loop. 3. Much of the toxicity comes from the parent company, iLink Digital, which boosts about being a big conglomerate but runs on a poor management vortex.

Bad work culture, False Promises, No Respect for Employees, Bad Management, very bad Office Politics, Without reason they can release you from the project, If you resign they will not provide last month's salary. Overall nothing is good in the company.

no job security, when they are going to terminating peoples even manager also don't know, too worst company, they won't be assign a project, who are joing the fresher 3 years they will sit into bench, no project and no work,*********** main important thing is no job security, I never scene this type of company and one more thing, seniors are playing lot of politics

Nothing to like there... Toxic people . Toxic environment... Toxic management...

What not to mention here... Bad management who pursue politics with each and every employee here... They will hire you showing you certain kind of annexures instead they start deducting amount of him... They will ask to deliver number but won't help or provide any resource to meet them. Then they will say that you are not performing. Every management executive people plays here.. specially Mr. Vinay Chaturvedi
