The first thing is that this is the fraud company. The founder of this company Mr. Devesh kumar Jha is the fraudest person I have seen ever because doing fraud is his specialty. Not only me but if you ask anyone of the person who had worked with him will tell you the same. We had worked with him for around 6-7 months but we didn't get a single penny with the company. Now Mr. Devesh Jha has again started the fraud in Lucknow on the name of ATVENTUS AIR.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
