...ns also. Unnecessary documentation and redundant admin work, all are clueless. Horrible HR policies: No hikes, No PF, No increments, salary never gets credited on time, unnecessary deductions, No proper leave policies, No holidays, no proper transportation, no medical insurance, No cafeterias /canteen extremely less salary and no additional benefits Advice to Management: First provide proper research facilities and invest in employee welfare Give proper hikes, increments, decent salary, PF, good infrastructure, and Most importantly recognition.

I appreciate working at Dayananda Sagar University because of its academic freedom, minimal administrative interference, and a smooth, supportive environment. The focus remains on teaching, research, and student engagement rather than excessive clerical work, making it an ideal place for academic growth.

Dislikes

One of the challenges at Dayananda Sagar University is the lack of research incentives and the absence of Provident Fund (PF) benefits. Providing better financial support for research and ensuring long-term security for faculty would greatly enhance the academic experience.

Likes

No doubt Dayananda Sagar University is a big and reputed brand. Up to 2023 we were quite satisfy with the all the facilities, supports etc, from our senior team-mates. Increment & incentive part is quite excellent in comparison of other organization.

Dislikes

Now from Jan 2024, we're facing lots of challenges. No company culture, no work satisfaction, no skill development nothing. Only chasing for the targets. Earlier the situation was better than this. Actually the fault is from the TL & the reporting managers. Now days they're following only the Hire-n-Fire policy. Now days you'll not get any support from the management whether in the name of CRM or in the name of other marketing supports.
