Young minds with positive attitude

...efits aren't provided as per offer letter..... Professor's are ill treated ..... Management is directed towards profits and cost cutting by any means necessary, Faculties are treated like peasants.... Was myself asked to quit and move when we asked probation completion certificate..... They are running coll like a training institute to young faculties take new young minds under probation promising to make permanent after 2 years but after completion they aim to remove you and recruit new faculties again under probation allowing them to pay least scale pay.... And also you aren't provided any motivation to do something innovative...... Regret I started this Noble profession here..... Now I have lost my interest to carry on in this field..... Don waste your carrier teaching..... It's the worst field with the existing management system in most colleges.... Better move to industries or to recognized universities like nit iit or iisce
