It's difficult to survive for any educationist with people without any policy

...sed and unsystmatic. They don't even give appointment letter to their employees.Both part of PF deducted from employees salary. Career growth is doubtful despite day and night hard work. The president SMC and admin officers are more interested in extracting money from Big donators of ARYA SAMAJ rather than letting the children grow and develop. One of them say that the fast growth of institution may attract more PPL in management and we may loose it's grip. They promise free food which they done give. If they give it ..it's very bad quality food.
