...agement is transparent. There's a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appreciate are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Company treat their employees as a slave , salary is terrible and the often late while giving salary . Hr's are very unprofessional , they are just to irritate you and do dirty politics . Smell inside the campus is awful 🤮🤮. They don't have any principals , there work culture is pathatic . I would advice every person who is reading this please don't go , it better to be unemploymed than working in Dayal group ,lucknow

Salary timing something right.

This is a lot of polytics and the management doesn't address aur issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

1) Pvt.Ltd. company cum Proprietorship cultur. 2) Strict working hour 10.00a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday. 3) No concrete company Policy. 4) No job security 5) You can be fired without giving any reason and all of sudden. 6) One man Army. 7) Join if you in deeply need of Job.

job Security is good. However due to chaotic work environment and older employees control on management processes. It's frustrating to work.

1. High on, it's not my job culture. 2. No one is there to listen the concerns of employees even HR is superficial in approach. 3. Senior Management team is disoriented and highly dissatisfied with Board's approach towards management of organisation hence completely disengaged and does only what is asked to do. No ownership even at higher level. 4. Too much of micromanagement across all level. 5. No trust on team member's ability to perform the work. Hence seniors does most of the work. 6. At any point of time, you can be sidelined, even if you have been a good performer, without any logic. 7. Company is overhyped in the market but on ground it revenue is of below average organisation. 8. Complete chaos and waste of career, be a new person or old employee. 9. No learning and growth.
