Salary and Incentive Commitment fulfills Dayal.

Dislikes

Company waste Employee's time for Data entry(MIS.) During peak Season which destroyed Dayal don't give so much pressure of MIS. Data Entry ,Farmer Entry Where Sales Season going now.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
