No job security and everything is under control of the management team. If u can’t obey as they want then everything is worst. Your work performance is never noticed. I lost my career coming into this college.

There is a very good and healthy atmosphere in the campus.Principle Mam and the whole staff is so much cooperative, frank and supportive.We all work there like a strong team with unity and all try our best to serve and give our best not only for students but also for the whole campus.I really love to work for GauriShankar College.All the employees weather they are staff or the boss itself support us on each and every difficulty or problem and the healthy, friendly and supportive atmosphere is what I like the most about working at GauriShankar .
