1. After one year you will be asked, why you did that before one year ? 2. No respect for any designation. 3. Only in time is watched from top to bottom Management, then your work is never analysed. 4. Out time depends on Managements mood. 5. Increments, promotions are no where in the dictionary of the company. 6. You will get all promises while joining the company, and then you are no where. 7. Minimum 9 hour’s working required. 7. Nobody is responsible for your future growth, but you are totally responsible for anything happened.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years.
