Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Honestly nothing..Yes attended a cbse workshop.That's all..

Dislikes

No respect for hard work, Politics at its worst form, Need to be the favourite of the big guy every time. Very dificult to keep work balance. Not the same rule for all the teachers. They don't have a proper school ground in Airoli school. Teachers are simply asked to do hell lot of unnecessary things. As a teacher you will never be able to do justice to portion.
