Company is good for learning every department works.. Good school for one who wants to start up. Because you have to work here for all departments like production,admin, hr, marketing, dispatch, even sometimes labour too

Dislikes

No management and maintenance at all. No salary increment. If anyone re-sign job then that employees last month salary,bonus and clearance never be cleared. No any facility like food, travel, No accident allowance given if happened in factory. And the main thing is *they cut provident fund double i.e. employees and employers share but while showing it to government they show that they are paying their share due to which our basic pay comes less into our salary slips.
