Company is good for learning every department works.. Good school for one who wants to start up. Because you have to work here for all departments like production,admin, hr, marketing, dispatch, even sometimes labour too

No management and maintenance at all. No salary increment. If anyone re-sign job then that employees last month salary,bonus and clearance never be cleared. No any facility like food, travel, No accident allowance given if happened in factory. And the main thing is *they cut provident f und double i.e. employees and employers share but while showing it to government they show that they are paying their share due to which our basic pay comes less into our salary slips....Read More

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
