Meaningless discussions taken by the C.E.O.. He is just running this organization just to promote himself to outside world. There are No well thoughts for employees.

Cohesiveness among the team mates having sense of belonging help solve problems. Internal & external training facilities help to update ones with latest knowledge. Moderate salary coupled with reasonable job security and career growth based on unbiased appraisal besides self appraisal provides encouragement boost.The work is enjoyable foe prevailing positive work culture. For invitational effort and job done suitably rewarded. Work-life balance is sometimes destabilized for stiff competition for hungry to perform. No politics fortunately but scope of travel in the country for performers.

Teammates sometimes act like robots to achieve result. Training in premier institutions may boost our energy. Annual increments is expected should be more progressive commensurate with present market value. Working condition can be more dust free and congenial. Others are ok.
