The company is excellent. All the senior managers are very supportive. During the Corona period, the company's revenue was zero, but the owner did not cut anyone's salary or lay off any employee. The company owner, Mr. Chinmoy Panda, is a very good person. The company culture is also very good.

- No salary deductions during lockdown.

- Hell lot of politics. - Flat salary structure with zero benefits/allowances. - Certain people are given preference based on their contacts and influences and terms/relations with the management. - Lack of communication between the management and employees, because of which the decisions are biased always. - No hierarchy at the workplace, you may be a manager and can be treated like an Intern or vice-versa (depends on your flattering skills). - Personal contacts and influences are valued much more than your hard work and knowledge. - Most of the Team Leads themselves don't know what is to be done and how, which leads to the workflow disruption most of the times. - The management is only concerned about your problems if you are good enough to flatter them all the time and just nod your head in a YES, if you try to bring about a change or propose something good, you go unheard. - Asking for a raise is a crime, no matter how hard you work. - Altogether, an extremely biased workplace to be with.

Initial salary was good but appraisals were not given, politics was less and some of the seniors were helping and supportive.

DateTheRamp didn't care about their employees, we were made to do odd jobs for more than a year, company at that point of time didn't have any office location, we were made to travel around the Delhi NCR commuting from one place to another carrying big big boxes containing company's jewelry and garments (they rent out designer stuff), we were made Delivery people and on the top of it there was no defined time for this work as this was based on convinience of the customers. There was no proper HR or any such lead or head whom we could report to. Our work was not recognised. Some of the people with no or very poor skill were made to take important decisions and their decisions affected the entire buying (backbone) of the company, this too was very hurtful but I have heard that things have changed a lot at DateTheRamp now and for better. Good luck to the company and it's employees!
