The way Datawrkz management balances work culture, proffessionalism, fun and well bieng of employees is what makes it stand out from other organization. No other organization will give you ownership as much you get in datawrkz which gives you a playground to play around with ideas.

Dislikes

Honestly, I think non core processes can be more streamlined and automated, hiring pace can be increased, so it takes load off the management and employees.

They provide lunch and have an open door policy, people can walk in any time of the day

Dislikes

The Senior management have no skin in the game or knowledge regarding app Marketing, taking clients with penny budgets and no clue about optimization of Google ads app install campaigns.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
