Honestly, I think non core processes can be more streamlined and automated, hiring pace can be increased, so it takes load off the management and employees.

They provide lunch and have an open door policy, people can walk in any time of the day

The Senior management have no skin in the game or knowledge regarding app Marketing, taking clients with penny budgets and no clue about optimization of Google ads app install campaigns.
