... never received the revised one. No training and career development opportunity. Salary is less, they only provide as much as last drawn. Hell lot of politics on the top level. Work environment-overall it is good, but there are some so-called managers who are trying to create a mess and shit in all the deptt./teams. work-life balance is 0. if you work for 9-11 also,no one will praise you,instead they will shout at you. they do not pay to DSAs on time, and hold salaries of employees..

Almost everything. Office space is full of chaos. No specific office timing. They can call you at any time and you have to respond, otherwise they will fire you as they did to me. I came from other state to work here, they didn't even give me time to find a place to stay. I used to live in a very poor PG because I didn't have time to find a good one( work in weekend also). After one and a half month they suddenly decided to fire me. I will say not to join this company if you really want to work but for showoff you can join it anytime.

It will be very helpful if we get 2nd and 4th Saturdays off so we can plan accordingly regarding family and personal work , festival celebration we require .

They hire to tie up B2B companies to provide personal loans that to whos paid up capital is 2lakh and more than 200 employees and only PVT Ltd companies which will never happen no company will let their employees to suffer taking loan for 40-44% ROI. Initially they will tell you to source application from tied up companies it seems comfortable after a week they will start pressurizing u to tie up companies which is a nightmare. Most of the companies will not allow you to get inside their security guy will throw u out, as they see N number of such finance companies entering everyday. No structured way of working u should decide and tell them where u are going at the end they will call and torture u to tie up companies its impossible many will leave the day they joined no induction no training on day 2 itself they will send you to jigani hoskote such far places no conveyance they will manage everything in ur take home be careful during offer letter HR will not tell u anything

Work cuture was very good. I have very supporting boss Mr. Yugank Trivedi and Mr. Rahul Dangar. Technologically very sound company and I able to main good work- personal life balance in entire tenure of my job.

Dislikes

As per my opinion Promoters has wisely pulled off the major portion of their capital & profit from this company and formed new company "Ekagrata Finance" , During early stages of Covid 19 , in March 2020 they lay off 70 to 80 percent of workforce of Datasign Technologies by showing bad financial condition. The management ruined the livelihood of their hardworking employee and enjoying on hard earned money of terminated employees. Never rely on management and HR team, they will use your skill & hard work and fire you anytime they want.
