... never received the revised one. No training and career development opportunity. Salary is less, they only provide as much as last drawn. Hell lot of politics on the top level. Work environment-overall it is good, but there are some so-called managers who are trying to create a mess and shit in all the deptt./teams. work-life balance is 0. if you work for 9-11 also,no one will praise you,instead they will shout at you. they do not pay to DSAs on time, and hold salaries of employees..

I would like to say, this is the best place to learn and earn. You will get good exposure if u r keen to learn. I'm not sure about other job roles in this company, but I'm actually enjoying my job. Everyone here is down-to-earth and ready to help. Especially Compliance Manager Anjali is too good, doesn't have an attitude of the manager, treats you like a friend, and pushes you to grow.

Dislike is for week off as it s customer support workers need 2 days off apart from that overall is Awesome and happy to work with the DataSigns , wonderful to work with this kind of support and apart from week offs all are good and perfect...please keep 2 week offs as its my sugegstion..

The best place to work i have come across this company is one of the best ever place where as our manager Asha mam and managements is also very supportive in each and every activity feel very friendly and supportive staffs feel so good to work under Datasigns

Only few peoples are good.

Almost everything. Office space is full of chaos. No specific office timing. They can call you at any time and you have to respond, otherwise they will fire you as they did to me. I came from other state to work here, they didn't even give me time to find a place to stay. I used to live in a very poor PG because I didn't have time to find a good one( work in weekend also). After one and a half month they suddenly decided to fire me. I will say not to join this company if you really want to work but for showoff you can join it anytime.
