No job security, Working culture very poor, Management bad and company policies not follow the rule

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before resign.

When company gives us best facilities for supporting us every time given good salary and good bonus for every six months. Our duty is face hundrends of people every day so in this situation company gives us best facilities then we safe ourselves as well as masses every day. Their is a lot of ways company secure us like better sanitizers, better musks, hand washes mouth covers etc

Late process of working phone receiving process not better result of salary no cp fund gathering in a good way

Worst company to work with no ethics no women security . Salary was never paid on time .cheap and unprofessional inefficient staff and employer

Employer making us sit ideal for entire day and then giving work after office hours

Management team and all head office staff are very polite and respectful, I experienced here very good.

Dislikes

A few selfish staff, like who don't try to know employees problem and their situation, are worked for his personal reputation and selfish desires, shame on these peoples. But in their company 93% staff are very polite and friendly staff and 7% staff are 👎
