No job security at all, management has no trust on employees, their is no such kind of company policies that may be changes overnight. Even they shut down operations in overnight... So nothing likable

No faith on employees, no marketing n sales experience to the upper management person. Fake commitments. Overnight they shut their operations.

Horrible politics, no confirmation on time, Poor HR department an policies, no work appraisal, no job security and no proper training to employees.
