My teammates and I have an excellent working relationship .we have great deal of mutual respect to each other.we work as a team to solve problems and learn new skills to reach out team objectives.work life balance is also good here.

There is no job training here.Every employee have to learn their work by itself.

only one advantage is there and that if you are a fresher in less time you can learn many things. you have to do multitasking and handle many things in short time. so for fresher its like exposure or internship with pay.

Dislikes

Mr Chetan Sharma is a rude man. He keep blaming others all time. You feel like hell in his presence. he does not respect people from humble background and ridicule about them. also pay is less and workload is too much. No national holidays n sick leaves. your salary is duducted for a single leave too even on national holidays. no pay for overtime,

I would never recommend to anyone. Not employee friendly at all. No proper support to employee concerns. Salaries never on time. They did not support me for reimbursement oh hospital expenses after my road accident (On Duty). Also no support for verification from next company. THE WORST AND FRAUD COMPANY EVER!!!!!!
