Poor salary structure. And only one weekly off.They just don't give you what you deserve. Worst thing about it is poor salary. And one off is not enough according to your efforts you put in whole week.

...management and workers participation not included in some of the major decision. They will not give you salary as promised in the package for trainee grade. Eg. They promise in advertisement package of 1-2 lakh but in actual i get 76 thousand something. Work environment is good, but canteen is terrible. Price are high, cook are untrained.

Less appraisal, no recognition, extended working hours, always take approval if you have PL GL, not more than 2 days, Lots of process depend upon team, No bonus, No get-together.
