Although the appraisals were halted this year due to the pandemic, we would always get our salaries on time. That is one thing I really like about the firm.

The learning curve and growth in this organisation is very bleak, although the compensation is decent, there is no job security, especially during this flaky period and there is a lot of work pressure, even when there aren't that many ongoing projects.

They hire mostly to deploy there resources to different different clients like Bosch, Honeywell. After joining here associates will be kind of contact to hire only but Datamatics will tell you will be permanent here. My experience was horrible here, I was deployed to Robert bosch and when I dropped my paper no one was replying from Datamatics, I kept sending reminder mail and kept calling to HR and manager but no one was responding, once my manager picked my call and when I asked why u guys are not replying they said I can't release you within 30 days(my official notice period) saying you have dependency there, But when I didn't agreed my manager said we are not going to release you go do whatever you want to do. Finally after doing lots of Natak they released you. From HR to manager, all are highly unprofessional. So be aware from Datamatics.

Less appraisal, no recognition, extended working hours, always take approval if you have PL GL, not more than 2 days, Lots of process depend upon team, No bonus, No get-together.

...otice period nor the money what they mentioned on their policies, they do fraud. They didn't give my salary and eat my money and ignore the calls and mails.
