Salary could be increased a little bit more as per the experience of employees. Appraisal amount can also be increased every year.

There is no work life balance and daily you need to work at least 12-13hours. No salary growth, no appraisal, they don't care about the employee health. Politics will be there. No career growth, no appraisals, HR is not good like If you need Any help from hr means they won't respond

There will be no carrier growth in the organisation. It's just a data entry job . And the salary is not at all worth the work they given for employees. Very worst salary compensation

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Need to work more than 8 hours, but the salary paid is very very less. The increment for a year is 200 to 600. We have to work on Sundays also....the main motive of the company is to get work from employees with less salary.
