There is favouritism, if you are favourite you would be less loaded with work compared to your team mate. You need to be multitasking because at times you have to work on pilot projects without hampering the productivity of your priority project. Lots of politics

Less appraisal, no recognition, extended working hours, always take approval if you have PL GL, not more than 2 days, Lots of process depend upon team, No bonus, No get-together.
