Its good for learning for freshers but not for the longer period bcuz there is lot off salary issue they not give increment properly and not appreciate work or employees.

There is working equipment like mouse keyboard chairs all desktop chairs all are problematic. They are ignore or avoid issues of employees.

Good environment to work and development of your skills. Salary is low but you will get ample of knowledge in this company. They appreciate your ideas if you suggest for process minimization.

Learning for freshers. If you want to gain knowledge then this is the best place to create a base for your future also if you choose proper department.

...n. If you are mangers favourite then you will enjoy living in toxic environment. No proper salary as per your skills, knowledge and work load. I would say in short get experience of only 1 year and switch afterwards it will blunder for you.

Good work environment. Teammates are very supportive. On the job training will be given to new employees.

Salary could be increased a little bit more as per the experience of employees. Appraisal amount can also be increased every year.

Need to work more than 8 hours, but the salary paid is very very less. The increment for a year is 200 to 600. We have to work on Sundays also....the main motive of the company is to get work from employees with less salary.
