- need proper appraisal - no growth at a certain point - lack of management in certain case - no reply on time if case of any doubt

Good people, same level person to person coordination, low politics atleast on lower level, job security , learning

Low salary and appraisal, some high level management to rude/ exploiting and understanding or too demanding work life balance , restrictions not proper culture as corporate

Technology wise good for technical people but only for certain projects.

...licies and worst HRs as well as senior management people at Mumbai seepz office. Senior management people will not help you out if you found any prob with your compensation or with HR. HRs are worst, they don't want to give your money( variables+compensation) which is already committed to you in appraisal. Worst HR and policies.

...y want. There s no way to grow like that. They make you work 24/7 pretty much. Salary is low compare to all the work they give aditionally, not worthy for not having a life! I do not recomend this Company, even if it s a MNC they still have the Indian mindset. Most people I know that algo joined recently are only surviving here until they find a new job in a decent company.

Company is having good projects. Employee can get opportunity to work on wide variety of technology.

Dislikes

...or their HR. The policies are quite complex. All HR explain it in different way. Salary structure is quite compex, package amout looks big but on hand is too less. Employee have to suffer because of miscommunication between HR. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO PREFER THIS COMPANY.
