PF of company is calculated in your CTC, so basically you pay Your PF contribution and Companies contribution also, this is not a common practice so New Joinees please take note of this while salary negotiation. Your promotion and appraisal is affected due to this equation as majority of the amount will be deducted for PF and the raise will hardly reflect. 6 to 9 percent appraisal will reflect as 3 to 4 percent due to this type of calculation

Management not able to take good decision resulting in entire team in trouble. Instead of hiring and retaining skilled resources, they prefer freshers and then expect freshers to do job of seniors. As soon as you resign, you become enemy and they start talking to you in different way. After you resign, you cannot join directly or indirectly their clients or other companies who work with same client. This put me in trouble, despite of having good opportunity in hand, I wasn't able to join that company. Datamatics forced me not to join. IT team speaks abusive language and even after complaining, nothing happens. Management tries to throw their mistakes on you.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

They can fire you anytime by giving reason as project ramp down without any notice by paying you basic salary,bad team politics, they assign you any task which is not relevant to your profile,manager or TL will not support you, favourisam culture

Less appraisal, no recognition, extended working hours, always take approval if you have PL GL, not more than 2 days, Lots of process depend upon team, No bonus, No get-together.
