They promise in advertisement package of 1-2 lakh but in actual i get 76 thousand something. Work environment is good, but canteen is terrible. Price are high, cook are untrained.

Only advantage of being in DataMatics is: Hybrid Job , flexibility to work from Office and Home & timely salary

-No Job Security, Constant Layoff since March 2025 to until now everyweek a batch of candidates getting Layoff mails forcefully while giving only basic payment for 3 months. -Worst management (they don't know how to manage a contract) - 90 century technology, unable to move to new technologies - Office look like a Mumbai IIT's hostel rooms! - High pressure on resources to deliver project in minimal time. - Higher Management communication is like a local Goon. -Streching Work hours , and on weekend as well without getting payed for weekend job.
