Not granting leaves when required, always negotiate for leaves, for 1 day sick leave they ask no of questions, medical certificates, very less appraisal in all departments, partiality, many times processes changes, many employee but washroom is very small. Not to eat any on floor but team leaders & mangers eat always, mang times bottle is empty no drinking water in pantry, mobile not allowed on the floor & weak mobile network on floor, less professionalism, many college students hired, some are randomly loudly talk on floor abusing each other, some times seniors also abusing, at time of lunch break only 4 people's allowed everyone can not go for a break when that 4 people come they rest can go like that, paid pantry services is very worst no cleanliness, employee issue not solved on time by the hr, not allowing to left the organization before notice period.

The team, colluges and mangers are very supportive and help us whenever we need it. A good place to learn something new and work.

Dislikes

The compensation structure can be improved and the hiring process is a bit slow.

No activities, no great pay scale as such, with less payment they expect you to work more for them, no gymkhana, no job security. they put you on PIP and remove you of the organisation if you are not performing well instead of transferring you to other team or department or other locations.There is zero Job security . No bonus incentive as such ...overall not great company to stay in.

This company is worst it just disgusting people are here play so much politics .they torcher you mentally and salary is too low I just waist my time to work with this company and i don't want anyone to do job here it's hell so don't work here
