PLEASE DON'T GET PLACED AT DATAMATE. In my experience no one liked to work there. Salary is the main issue. You are not going to get the salary in correct time. When I was there, salary delayed almost 10 or 11 days. Actually salary date is 10th of each month. But I used to get salary in 20th or 22 etc. I didn't get appraisal , they told us they have no fund. But the management spends money as they want. Employees are not going to get any benefits if company got some profit. It was totally horrible for me to work for them. I won't recommend any of my friends to work there. If you are totally struggling to get a job anywhere , then only go to this company. For me my team was good , we worked hard for solving the issues from the clients and developing new requirements. But at the end of the day after the whole work, the management simply thrown us to the bin.

Salary issues Some senior members from other teams will involve in your activities which is totally un necessary. No managerial activities. HR management is also poor

- Extreme flexibility in terms of work - Accessibility to top-level management - Understanding management and senior level bosses - Freedom to try out ideas and learning - Zero office politics - One becomes a self-learner and initiator as we get the freedom to try and implement different works.

Dislikes

- Team outings are less/nil - Lack on leaves on all Saturdays (Leaves only on 2nd and 4th Sat) - Work-life imbalance can occur at times since offices in multiple locations work on different time zones. One has to personally learn to end the work at a time.

- Highly flexible work style. - No bossy, egoist interference in work. - Opportunity for self-initiated works and ideas. - Openness - You are the leader of your own work. - No hierarchical communication.

Dislikes

- Employee benefits could have been better. - Appraisal comes at random times - No Saturday off - No skill development programs other than your job training
