worst company ever i've seen in my work experience.

salary will not be given properly. Higher official's will not treat us equally. Simply they just blame us for no reason. Not the right place for freshers. we didn't get our 17 days salary from the company and then we asked them they simply said we will not give your salary in a bad manner. They will say the shift timing will be around 8hrs and sunday / monday weekoff but after they will say there is only one day weekoff.

Likes

The people and the culture that too not the management just the associate level workers. You will get all the support and care from them.

Dislikes

The management and the ideas. Egomaniac, biased, low salary and increments and no much learning.

no salary hike for people working for more than 4 years, no increment. everything is employees fault. management would expect you to be in team meeting in middle of your sleep time, just because they don't want to work according to 90% of teams time.

Good work environment and cool work culture 100% job security Employees got paid salary, yearly increment and none got laid off during covid19

Dislikes

Lot of manual work which takes time to complete. Need to upgrade system and working pattern.

Likes

1) Salary on time, 2) No work pressure.

Dislikes

1) They do not pay Overtime properly, 2) No clear Instructions by Managers 3) Quite a self learning process, you can't actually ask any doubts, you should be smart enough to handle ANY situation on your own.
