In datamark career and salary growth are very less. Attractive incentives but VERY HARD TO GET the incentive. And here many processes shift extend on daily basis. Here very hard to get promotion. CANTEEN QUALITY IS POOR.

Company is good when somebody go as a fresher.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities is very much low. Superiors don't even consider the hard work of individuals. No cab facilities also earnings and bonus was very low. Only superiors like supervisors, project leaders, team leaders, quality leaders etc , got all the facilities. But people like a basis level was very much stressful in work place duw to the work pressure.

just the week-offs are good

Dislikes

no salary hike for people working for more than 4 years, no increment. everything is employees fault. management would expect you to be in team meeting in middle of your sleep time, just because they don't want to work according to 90% of teams time.
