There are lot of political, they won't identify hard working persons, regional fevorites are high.

Job Security is good if you are doing your job honestly. Work culture is really great. In every 2 month you will get drink party or Pizza party from manager.

Dislikes

Senior leads won't give you enough KT to understand the whole project, so you need to rely on them. They won't let you work on some part of project where you could explore your knowledge like Azure deployment, version control etc.

Organization provides you job security, work culture needs to be tuned.. management is very good.. most important no politics... Compensation and benefits are not much availabale apart from health insurance and compoffs... Overall a very good organization... With peaceful environment..
