...no team leader. No guidance. After some time we lose interest in doing the work. Salary is very less. And their servers are not at the best

If you get chance to work on going project with good teammates, you will learn alot and will have good learning experience.

The management doesn't focus on employees problem. Alot of internal politics. Good for experienced people only, not for freshers.

Pathetic work culture and very disorganized as an organization. Top management is very unethical and to make it worse the company doesnt have structure and goal. Would not recommend anyone to work with this company.
