...hort of words to explain the company, I am still working here since an year now. My journey feel likes I am getting exploited no promotion, no growth, salary hike of 5 percent after getting appreciation from seniors hahahaha feel like joke to me now. If you're really keen to join corporate then don't come here and waste your time.

... work environment here, and it's recognized as a great place to work in 2024-25.Salaries are paid on time with no delays, and the low-pressure environment allow you to learn and grow. With patience and the right skills, you'll definitely have opportunities for career advancement.

The expensive food in the building cafeteria will be an added cost for you.

Work from home can be taken whenever needed and it gives nice opportunity.

Dislikes

Leaves for allotted but you have to beg for leaves. Salary package is low and there is no work life balance. Alloted work completion is not satisfying for them to give the better appraisal and promotion.

Salary is as per market value, and paid on time. Many office parties for managers and above. Yearly bonus = 2 months salary. Decent appraisals if you have good terms with your manager (and your manager is strong enough to defend your stance)

...they can - only way is to threaten a lawsuit to get them to do the bare minimum HR team practically has kids to manage key functions - they discuss salaries with people as if its just normal practice to know everyone's salary Admin team is a joke - the person leading it is not competent to handle his position

Only thing to like about this company is that there is no delay in the salary or in other words salary gets credited on time. Apart from that if you have no other place to work and you are in dire need of survival then you should join this company.

Dislikes

Most of the things in Dataflow are to be disliked. It is the most unprofessional work place, no salary growth, extreme pressure of work that you feel like without a Job at least there was some peace but in this job life becomes hell. In short you will be given work which can't be done in 1-2 days and then you will have to face the your Manager for not completing the work on time. Salary as Fresher is 16500/- which is fine as fresher but given the work and pressure one has to go through they shoud pay at least between 40k-50k. Nothing to learn apart from working in extreme pressure. Management wants 2-3 employees' output from 1 employee and also doesn't wants to pay the justified salary. No work-life balance, uprofessionalism, bad company culture, low salary growth are motto of this company. Beware of Dataflow Group, you will have nightmares about your Manager scolding you for the delay in work which can any day turn into reality.
