None. They are pro in taking advantage of people and get their tasks done for free from newbie freelancers.

...also worked on a POC to guide them to resolve their issue in the Azure function. Later once the issue was resolved, the HR partner became evasive and later on denied any compensation or appreciation for my 1 day of effort.

Work - 1. Company works on core technologies like Computer Vision, NLP, Data Analytics, etc. 2. I, even being a fresher got the opportunity to work on different kinds of projects. 3. Work is challenging most of the time. Management - 1. Management is amazing. 2. Both founders of this company are available for all to listen to them whenever anyone needs it. Work Culture - 1. Work Culture here is very good. 2. HR keeps on bringing fun activities every week. 3. Team members are very much supportive. 4. Flexible timings of work mostly.
