Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The working environment is good for both girls and boys. There is no issue related to safety. The working area is hygienic.

The salary structure is very bad. They don't provide salary slips on time. They don't communicate the salary pattern with the employees. The HR policies are very rigid. I feel like that I am working in a prison where I am not free to communicate my views and thoughts. They will say in the starting thay your salary will be dependent on your performance but in real it's not at all like that. They just provide salary according to their biased opinions and duration of employment.

Everything is terrible, Manager's doesn't even know how to send an email also they don't know proper english always use hindi to english google translate, favouritism culture no proper management, HR always lying whenever you go to talk about any issue they just give one excuses every time that we are looking into your matter. They want you guys to be present in the office before office start and want you to do saty back also.
