Only Pro I can think of is they did not fire anybody during pandemic.

Dislikes

... after onboarding. They will extend your training as well from 3 to 6 months. Salary and PF deposits are never on time. The salary is below market standards. A lots of partiallity faced in the company. They have some fixed people, only they will get projects, others can just sit idle, and if we ask for projects, then they will give you some non technical work like creating presentations for training or some irrelevant Excel work! Mental peace will definetiley go if you work for DS. Advice to management: Don't hire, when you do not have enough projects to assign to employees. And give every employee a chance to learn and grow, unless u don't give them a change, how will they get an opportunity to showcase their skils.

Avoid this company at all cost unless untill your desperate for job. No Major perks. if your are at client and generate revenue they would treat you like a valauble asset, the moment the project is over the company would just make you sit in bench and put in any project and they would expect you to join any project or technolgy without even checking the skill set.if due to some reason interviews are not cleared by you for these projects they would consider these as opprtunties given you and use this during appraisal and terminate,i have seen lot of employees been terminated and pressurised giving these reason

...n every aspect, this needs to be addressed especially the CTO needs to realize 3)The biggest drawback with this organization is the Bangalore office here huge discrepancies with the salary promised and salary slip, and failing to pay salary in time for a month or four is fine things do get tuff but always failing to pay on the time is not acceptable 4) PF is one of the important aspects of the employee delay in paying and not paying is a legal offense and please do not do that. 5) offshore opportunities are the best thing for every employee but when you send an employee offshore the company needs to pay the amount promised and take care of accommodation and other formalities. There have been instances they could not pay accommodation and sort the issues 6) stop pushing employees to put reviews in Linkedin and glass door and realize half-baked voice recognition technology was a fancy word but now the client realized that the technology developed has a lot of issues and needs huge improvement and it cant be the talk of every pitch which the CTO uses.

Career growth is not good. Training is not good. Not a company for freshers. Salary is bad. HR's don't consider your queries especially payment related. No gift bonus initally poor quality laptops were given.

Colleagues are nice. That's all.

Dislikes

No timely salary. It comes in 2 parts. No timely appraisals. The company is drowning, can't afford to keep employees onboard. Zero benefits. HR is non existent. You have to pay for your own softwares and pay for your own food when they send you offshore. The reimbursements happen after 6 months or more. All their original staff has left the company. Don't join the sinking ship. You will instantly regret. They hire people for the project giving any salary demanded and fire you within three months as the project is over.
