Freedom comes with your responsibility to upskill yourself which is also a good thing but certainly, you have to be responsive to your own task and upskilling.

People are very supportive here specially my boss.

Nothing,but the late night meeting timing, as we are working with US clients so we need to match their timing sometime which became very late few times.
