Hire and fire policy environment. Don't join this company ever. They will fire you any time without any prior notice and put your salary on hold. They treated employee like a slave. Don't join ever this company. Recently they fired many of employee in a single day. If you join this company you will regret it.

...s the worst company in hyderabad.Being an HR it feels bad to cheat on employees. This company cheats employees by not giving salary. But cannot help. Its the policy. Cheat employees. If you have any salary related issue, directly report to the labour enforcement directorate. Please write to the police if they fraudulently hold your salary. I have done the same thing. Waiting on a response from local.

Please pay full salaries to Employees and I didn't received any incentives from the company. But you people will mention PLI amount in the appraisal papers, which I never received.

I joined as an Team lead i shifted from diff state w my family with all the belongings i was not given the team for around 6months after 6months they want me to relived from the organisation all the HR and managers are same at least HR could have fight for me but every one is same when i tried to get in touch with upper level management they told me it is the decision from them and did not allowed me to get in touch also There is alot of politics in data marshall , They did not even gave me prior notice at least for the month they relived me on spot firstly its very difficult to move from one state to another so i would suggest please do not do this with the employee who is coming from the different state and getting relocated.
