Great experience working with my teammates.. They all are supportive..and always tried to grow company's growth... Company gives salary on-time... having staff with supportive nature...If you want to mantain your carrier you must try DCC...

Actually I prefered DCC , because job location was my hometown. DCC gives us on-time salary satisfaction only. But increment not possible as you ask.

First of all, it is a proprietorship company, not private limited or limited . You will not get any bank loan on the basis of salary slip. Too much working hours ( 10 hours a day / Monday to Saturday ). Complicated code of conduct, no personal life, no personal mobiles allowed to use. No holidays on any festivals except Diwali

There is so much office politics. Many people Working for so many years some people don't even work just use their bad mouth and when work load increases they treat you like nothing. Some of them people are bully and racist. Mostly Family relatives work here. They have all the benifits unko sab maaf hai and you are only servent to them not team member. if you don't want to ruin your mental health plz do not join this company. Hr department is dumb

Good platform to start with. This is the right place where you can get ample of knowledge and experience.

Dislikes

It's an unorganized retail with pretty old 90th century process of work culture. If you are willing to accept shocking decision made by the organisation (change of departments from in a month or two) then only you are the right person to work with them or else Job security is the major concern.
