No need to waste your time in a company like DBMR. No one is helpful neither HRs, nor Management and if you have someone by your side or in your support they will kick them out. DBMR is worst than the worst.

There is nothing to like about the work. Initially you might that you will get to learn about different things as you move from report to report but since the TAT is so low.. about 5 days, your memory won't retain anything. Better to join competitors like M&M. Team leads are helpful although it is subjective. Only they can can make your life easier here
